Woah, woah, woah. There was a HORDE PRIME from MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, my favorite fantasy franchise my entire life, and I missed seeing him?!?!??! …Life is cruel sometimes.
Weapons of the Universe
My homage to the iconic weapons from the Masters of the Universe vintage toy line.
A good friend of mine told me once that he started liking a character that he didn’t cared about before drawing him.
I have this MOTUC King Grayskull figure. I Don’t pay much attention to him though he should be one of the most badass character of this universe. So I tried my buddy’s method. :)
Didn’t paid much attention to this MOTU character as he simply has no story written until recently.
Boards legend says it was a “Mail Order” figure offered with coupons in some “Wonder Bread” package back in the early eighties. Other think it was a pre He-man figure inspired by Conan that was produced before Mattel MOTU toy line official launch.
Whatever it was, it’s now an official figure in the current Masters Of The Universe toy line, and the character now has a name: Wun-Dar!
So here’s my take on this guy. :)
